Our Programmes and Core Offerings

  • We breathe at schools – during & after school hours -:‘Let’s Breathe Together!’, ‘Let’s Live Together!’

Let’s Breathe Together! (LBT!): An age group-adopted developmental programme that teaches and reawakens efficient abdominal (diaphragmatic) breathing in children. This foundational module targets autonomic regulation and attention control as the basis for subsequent cognitive and social training.
Let’s Live Together! (LLT!): Delivered after foundational breathing skills are in place, this also age group-adopted programme emphasises holistic development — physical, cognitive, emotional and social — using breath centred exercises combined with movement, cooperative tasks and reflective practice to strengthen peer relations, empathy and community participation.

  • Trainings and workshops

Kids, youth and family workshops: Interactive sessions that combine breathwork, games, movement and cognitive tasks to increase resilience, focus and interpersonal skills.

Educator and parent trainings: Practical workshops that explain the physiological and behavioural basis of breath centred interventions, demonstrate classroom and home applications, and equip adults with tools to support children’s self-regulation and learning.

Kids and youth private sessions: Custom tailored one-to-one sessions focusing on the child’s/teen’s needs and solution implementation. Based on our experience and feedback from families and educators, participants most commonly report:
For children and adolescents: greater calm and emotional balance; reduced exam-related fear and general anxiety; improved focus and academic engagement; increased self-assurance; and stronger, more constructive relationships with peers, parents and teachers.
For teachers and parents: improved understanding of the sources of children’s difficulties and practical tools to address attention, anxiety and behavioural challenges within daily routines.

Breath is life, and how we breathe shapes how we live. So, we welcome our kids to have  this experience together;
